Rabby Raz began his professional journey in 2010 as a fashion photographer, where his unique visual storytelling set him apart. By 2015, he launched his own cutting-edge publicity design studio, RRGFX, which quickly gained industry recognition for its bold and innovative concepts. The success of RRGFX attracted the attention of Quantize Music Entertainment, leading to its acquisition and rebranding as QMGFX.

Building on this momentum, he founded Brikkho Films, a prominent Bangladeshi media production company, which was also later acquired by Quantize Music Entertainment, LLC and reestablished under the banner of Quantize Music Group (QMG Originals).

Between 2019 and 2021, Rabby Raz honed his craft as a publicity designer at Under Ground Creative Factory, working under the direction of acclaimed filmmaker Mabrur Rashid Bannah. His unbeatable poster designs earned him industry-wide recognition. Even before that, in 2018, he collaborated with some of Bangladesh’s most popular YouTubers—including Shamim Hasan Sarkar, TahseeNation, Prottoy Heron, Tawhid Afridi, and many more—helping them establish strong, recognizable brands through high-quality visual design.

Currently, Rabby Raz serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Quantize Music Entertainment, LLC, where he continues to push creative and strategic boundaries in media and entertainment. Alongside T. H. TonMoy and Tanjir, he co-founded TuneFizz Global Distribution, a pioneering platform designed to revolutionize digital content distribution. Today, he also holds the prestigious role of President of TuneFizz, a division of Quantize Music Entertainment, LLC.

Beyond entertainment, Rabby Raz has expanded his influence into the tech industry. He is presently working as a Brand Manager at Deep-Neuron, an AI solutions company. His focus lies in shaping the brand’s identity and preparing to lead its marketing department, driving innovation at the intersection of technology and creativity.

Adding to his diverse skill set, Rabby Raz has gathered on-field sales experience in France, working with renowned companies such as O’Tacos, Carrefour, and FivePizza. He also enriched his professional expertise by working at CopySelf Corp in France as a versatile graphic designer and assistant in reprography, which sharpened both his design and technical production capabilities. These international experiences, combined with his entrepreneurial ventures, have equipped him with a holistic understanding of business, branding, and marketing strategies.
